Todd enjoys the work environment and says the group of people that he works with are the most caring and compassionate people he's ever worked with. He really enjoys the family aspect and one-team mentality. He thinks it's awesome to work for a locally owned and operated company with such a big name locally.
I am a single mom and my 80 year mother also lives in the home we do not have the financial means to pay out another $15k to fix this. We also did other renovations to the area they "fixed" and will now have to tear out everything and replace it all once again to keep the mold from spreading and becoming a health hazard. In addition to attached pictures I have video of the water inside the area.

Tommy and the basement crew were very polite and great about answering questions. I would like to recognize the workers for their exceptional service. They were considerate, kind, and professional. I was most satisfied with customer service.
The culture here is terrible, along with management, and most of the employees. It looks amazing from the outside, but on the inside, is stress, drama, so much drama, kind of like being in high school. This was probably the most stressful job I had ever had.

I was referred to Alford Home Solutions by a friend and have stayed because it is a good company to work for and I'm treated well. I am always challenged to do better and do a thorough job. I would tell potential employees that this is a good company to work for as long as you are willing to learn and put in effort to do your work. I am proud to work for Alford because of the satisfaction I get when I solve a home owner's problem and restore their peace of mind.

I have worked for this company only for a short time but so far it's been great. The starting pay is more than fair and above average for most companies in this area. I love that it's paid holidays and no weekends. In the short time I've been here, they've had two employee focused functions and gatherings just to appreciate the entire staff. I think that's going above and beyond which makes the environment easier to work in.
We believe in consistency, A WOW experience with some customers some of the time just won't do. While redefining our industry we will create a WOW experience for every customer, every time. Casey feels proud to work at this company; especially when seeing the outstanding before and after pictures of projects and when making customers happy. The things that Casey likes most about her job are staying busy and the people she works with.
We were told this nearly $30k job would keep water from entering our home as it had been previously and causing extensive damage. They offered to come out and give me an estimate for them to repair/replace said drain. That was what they were hired to do from the start.
