I am a single mom and my 80 year mother also lives in the home we do not have the financial means to pay out another $15k to fix this. We also did other renovations to the area they "fixed" and will now have to tear out everything and replace it all once again to keep the mold from spreading and becoming a health hazard. In addition to attached pictures I have video of the water inside the area.

I have worked for this company only for a short time but so far it's been great. The starting pay is more than fair and above average for most companies in this area. I love that it's paid holidays and no weekends. In the short time I've been here, they've had two employee focused functions and gatherings just to appreciate the entire staff. I think that's going above and beyond which makes the environment easier to work in.

Don’t get me wrong, there are dozens of good people working there, but the management, if they don’t like you, WILL find a way to kick you out the door. The owner is never there, and half the time doesn’t even know what’s going on inside the office. They move people around and positions to “better the company” but it never makes sense. There’s one or two members of management that are so power hungry that they HATE for anyone to disagree with them. So if you choose to ignore the lopsided reviews on here, and still apply, be warned, you’ll think we’re crazy af first but eventually... When the owner and only one other guy has been around for a long time...
Todd enjoys the work environment and says the group of people that he works with are the most caring and compassionate people he's ever worked with. He really enjoys the family aspect and one-team mentality. He thinks it's awesome to work for a locally owned and operated company with such a big name locally.

The president of the company is very soft spoken but very effective in running this company. The CFO and HR Director work really well together and try to be as helpful as can be with any issue that comes up. I do wish there was more structure in place as far as training goes, but everyone will pitch in a hand to help even if it's not "their department". All of the managers from pest control to production are extremely out going and kind.
We work together as one company supporting and helping each other to redefine our industry. We don't believe in individual departments operating in silos. It is together that we create extraordinary experiences. We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and when we say that, it is more than just words to us.

It just seemed like there was more drama made out of small things as if you’re working with a bunch of high school teens. They try to justify everyone that quits or gets “fired” stating that they weren’t doing their job. The other, MUCH larger percentage of the turnover rate were cases of lack of training, coaching, aiding, and just needing to pin something on someone. They hire new folks, give them a desk, and basically leave them to learn the company, softwares, rules, and unestablished procedures on their own.
The culture here is terrible, along with management, and most of the employees. It looks amazing from the outside, but on the inside, is stress, drama, so much drama, kind of like being in high school. This was probably the most stressful job I had ever had.
